How Imaginationz LLC handles information in Glowbug Jars.

Glowbug Jars (“the App”) is published by Imaginationz LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the App on Apple App Store and Google Play.

Information we collect

  • Account: email address (required to create or restore a garden), optional phone number, display name, and optional profile photo.
  • Garden & play data: bugs, jars, glow balance, unlocks, snacks, fashion looks, settings (such as language and sound), and related progress needed to run the game.
  • Social & party: friends you follow, invites, night-party codes and scores when you play with others, and optional messages such as gifts or cheers.
  • Purchases: records of in-app purchases (product identifiers and transaction metadata from Apple or Google). We do not receive your full payment card number.
  • Notifications: a device push token if you allow notifications, so we can send party invites or similar alerts you opt into.
  • Technical: basic device and app information needed for security, delivery of codes, and troubleshooting (for example IP address when requesting a sign-in code).

How we use information

  • Create and secure your account (email / SMS codes).
  • Save and sync your garden across devices when signed in.
  • Enable friends, parties, and optional notifications.
  • Provide and restore in-app purchases.
  • Operate, protect, and improve the App and prevent abuse.
  • Respond to support requests you send us.

How we share information

We use trusted processors to run the App, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, and messaging) and, when you buy something, Apple or Google Play for billing. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Imaginationz LLC, players, or the public.

Children

Glowbug Jars is designed as a family-friendly game. Parents and guardians should help younger players create accounts and manage purchases. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than needed to run the App. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and garden data while your account is active. You can delete your account from the App settings (where available). Some purchase or security records may be kept as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices

  • Update your name or photo in Settings.
  • Turn notifications off in the App or on your device.
  • Request help or account questions at the email below.
  • Manage App Store / Play purchases and subscriptions through Apple or Google.
